Terms of Service

Effective July 24, 2026 · v1.0

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between Foto Master Ltd (“ScreenSteer”, “we”, “us”) and the person or organization that accesses the service (“you”, the “Customer”). By creating an account, integrating an SDK, or using the console, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

1. The service

ScreenSteer provides embedded remote-support technology: SDKs that let your users share their screen and grant scoped, consent-based assistance from your agents; a control plane that brokers sessions; and an agent console for viewing sessions and invoking the actions you register. Features may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for your agents' activity, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Access to the console is limited to members of an authorized organization.

3. Acceptable use

ScreenSteer is built for consent-first, lawful support. You agree not to:

  • initiate viewing or control of a device without the user's informed, contemporaneous consent, or use the service for covert monitoring, surveillance, or stalking;
  • attempt to circumvent, disable, or defeat the consent, redaction, one-controller, or device-side validation safeguards, or to inject input the user has not authorized;
  • use the service to access data or systems you are not authorized to access, or in violation of any applicable law, export control, or third-party right;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to third parties except as your own end-user support, or use it to build a competing product;
  • transmit malware, probe or breach security, or place unreasonable load on the infrastructure.

The device-side consent and redaction controls are safety features. Circumventing them is a material breach and may be unlawful.

4. Your responsibilities to your users

Because you decide when and why a support session happens, you are the controller of your end users' data and ScreenSteer is your processor (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for:

  • obtaining the necessary consent from, and giving clear notice to, your users before a session, and having a lawful basis for the processing;
  • correctly marking sensitive regions for redaction and registering only the actions you intend agents to be able to invoke;
  • complying with the laws that apply to your business and your users' data.

A Data Processing Addendum is available on request at billing@screensteer.com.

5. Fees, billing, and Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, not by Foto Master Ltd directly. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Unless stated otherwise:

  • subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled;
  • fees are exclusive of taxes; Paddle calculates and collects applicable sales tax/VAT;
  • you authorize recurring charges to your payment method through Paddle until you cancel;
  • we may change prices or plan limits on prospective notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Trials and early access

We may offer trials, beta, or early-access features. These are provided “as is”, may change or be withdrawn, and may have availability or support limits. Any SDK marked beta may still be under active verification on some platforms.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the ScreenSteer platform, SDKs, documentation, and brand, and reserve all rights not expressly granted. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to embed the SDKs in your applications during your subscription. You retain all rights to your own applications and data. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may access the other's non-public information. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care, use it only to perform under these Terms, and not disclose it except to those who need it and are bound by similar obligations, or as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ScreenSteer is a support tool and is not intended for emergency, life-safety, or other uses where failure could lead to death, injury, or serious harm; do not rely on it for those purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Foto Master Ltd against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms, your applications, or your handling of your users' data, including any failure to obtain required consents.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach (including the acceptable-use rules), non-payment, or to comply with the law, and will use reasonable efforts to notify you. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (fees accrued, IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes take effect on the new effective date shown above; continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
