Introducing ScreenSteer

Every support team knows the call. “What do you see now?” “A blue button.” “Which blue button?” Ten minutes in, the agent is drawing the user's screen from memory, the user is reading serial numbers out loud, and the actual fix, one tap, hasn't happened yet. Screen-sharing tools exist, but they ask your customer to install a remote-desktop app, join a meeting link, and hand over their whole device to get one field changed.

ScreenSteer is a different shape of tool: remote support that lives inside your own app. Your users never install anything. When they tap “Get live help”, a consent sheet explains exactly what support will see, and only after they agree does the app's screen begin streaming to your agent console.

See, point, and, with permission, act

Agents get a live view of the app with a laser pointer for “click here” moments. Pointing never executes anything. When guidance isn't enough, the agent requests control and the user decides, a second, separate consent. Even then, agents can only invoke registered semantic actions your app explicitly exposed. There is no touch injection anywhere in the system, by architecture.

Private pixels stay on the device

Mark a view as sensitive and it is masked before the frame is published, the redacted pixels never leave the device. Combined with an append-only audit trail of every consent, command, and acknowledgement, you get support sessions you can defend in a security review.

Early access

We're building ScreenSteer at Foto Master, starting with a Swift SDK for iPad and iPhone and a browser-based device simulator that exercises the exact same wire protocol , so your integration is testable before a single device is provisioned. We're onboarding a small group of design partners now. If your product has real users who get stuck in it, we'd like to steer alongside you.
